Attorney Kim Hagerty of Traverse City, MI; drunken convict

The state of Michigan presented Kim L. Hagerty with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The Muskegon County Hearing Panel #1 found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Kim practices with the Hagerty Group in Traverse City, Michigan.
