The state of Michigan presented Ronald J. Varga with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Emmet County Hearing Panel #2 found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit fee in advance of services rendered into client trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to refund unearned advance fees
• Failed to reply to client information requests
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Ronnie practices with Varga & Varga PC at 521 Stempkey Street in Cheboygan, Michigan.
