Attorney Sandra Sarran of San Antonio; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented Sandra Diane Sarran with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of West Virginia Law School.

The District 15-C Grievance Committee found Sandy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disburse home sale proceeds to clients
• Failed to notify client of receipt of funds owing to client
• Failed to respond to numerous client requests re: home sale proceeds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Sandy by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.
