Judge Theresa Dearman of Wiggins, MS; certified Dumbo, Jimmy Swaggart Wannabee 
Judge Theresa Brown Dearman sits as a Justice Court Judge in the West District of Stone County Mississippi, which is about 50 miles northeast of Jackson, Mississippi.
Recently, the Mississippi Judicial Performance Commission found Judge Dearman guilty of willful misconduct for her repeat performances as a Jimmy Swaggart Wannabee.
While presiding over criminal cases involving setting the conditions of bail, the Right Reverend Judge Dearman would order that defendants attend church at least once-a-week.
When defendant Philipe White failed to abide by Rev. Dearman’s church-attendance order, she had re-arrested and ordered held with bail. Praise the Lord!
In another case from 2009 involving the sale of methamphetamine, Rev. Dearman required the defendant, as a condition of his bail, to attend church twice of week. How cool is dat? Can I get an Amen Brothers and Sisters?
Reverend Dearman was also found guilty of abusing her judicial position to assist family members facing criminal charges in Stone County. Only proves that Reverend Dearman believes in family values because she values her family members more than her oath of office.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists sitting on the Mississippi Supreme Court punished Reverend Dearman by gifting her with a 30 day suspension beginning on June 22, 2011.
This laughable punishment means that Reverend Dearman will be back on the bench by late July 2011. What a joke!
