Attorney S. Vann Sauls of Benson, NC; serial convict

 

The state of North Carolina presented S. Vann Sauls with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Campbell College Law School.

 

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Sauls guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of four (4) counts of obstruction of justice
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Sauls by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. May 2017), (ca. May 2017) Sauls practices at 13314 NC Highway 210 in Benson, North Carolina.
