Attorney Stuart Brock of Charlotte; thieving loser

The state of North Carolina presented Stuart A. Brock with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Campbell College Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Stu guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly made false statements to clients
  • Fabricated sham email from immigration office
  • Lied to clients of repeated contacts with immigration department
  • Bill client for fees for services never performed (thief)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Stu by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 5-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Stu.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), (ca. May 2017) Stu practices at 628 Olmsted Park Place in Charlotte, North Carolina.
