Attorney Robert Wolfe of Houston; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented with a Robert C.E. Wolfe with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The 44th District Court of Dallas County found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to assure client phone calls were returned

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 9-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
