Attorney Everett Carrell of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Everett Brandon Carrell with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The District 6-A Grievance Committee found Everett guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to perform any meaningful services on client’s behalf
• Failed to respond to client information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Everett by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Everett practices in Dallas, Texas.
