Judge Stephani Walsh of San Antonio; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Stephani A. Walsh with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District 10 -C Grievance Committee found Stephani guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place prior to her ascension to the bench in 2014.

• Failed to properly communicate with client
• Failed to promptly return unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to communicate with client re: entry of final divorce decree

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Stephanie.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Stephanie continues to sit as a 45^th District Court judge in San Antonio, Texas.
