Attorney Daniel Estrada of Ruidoso, NM; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Daniel Estrada with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The District 7-A Grievance Committee found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to place funds insurer had interest in into trust account
• Failed to promptly notify insurer of receipt of funds
• Failed to promptly pay funds owing to insurer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2017), Vaughn practices with the Estrada Law Firm PLLC in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
