Attorney Victor Hernandez of Robstown, TX; ethical goblin

The state of Texas presented Victor Calderon Hernandez with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 11-A Grievance Committee found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly pursue clients’ cause of action
  • Failed to obtain court approval to withdraw client representation
  • Withdrawal caused material adverse effect on client’s case
  • Failed to return client file after withdrawal
  • Failed to explain to client’s effect on them of his withdrawal
  • Failed to file motion to withdraw representation
  • Client’s case dismissed due to Vic’s lack of prosecution

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Vic by gifting him with a complimentary 1-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Vic practices with the Law Office of Victor C. Hernandez at 719 Bosquez Street in Robstown, Texas.
