Attorney Phillip Wainscott of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Phillip David Wainscott with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The District 6-A Grievance Committee found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Phil!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Phil practices in Dallas, Texas.
