Judge William Folsom of Valdosta, GA; drunken liar

The State of Georgia presented William Robert Folsom with a law license in 1987 after he graduated the Woodrow Wilson College Law School.

In one matter, Billy Boy was arrested on a Monday just after 6:30 p.m. after being involved in a crash. The Georgia State Patrol said the two-vehicle crash took place on Shiloh Road near Amber Drive in Valdosta.

In accident report stated that Billy Boy reeked of alcohol, had glassy, bloodshot eyes, and appeared to be unsteady on his feet. When the troopers asked Billy Boy if he had been drinking any alcoholic beverages, he said he he’d had a glass and a half of wine earlier in the day.

The troopers likely knew that Billy Boy was lying since his lips were moving when he laughingly claimed to have become drunk after consuming 1and ½ glasses of wine.

The Patrol said a says a breathalyzer test revealed that Billy Boy had a blood alcohol content of .09, which is .01 above the legal limit.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy Boy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits and Drunks sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Billy Boy continues to sit (when sober) as a Brooks County State Court judge in Valdosta, Georgia.
