Judge William Pearson of Clarksville, AR; drunken convict

The State of Arkansas presented William Pearson with a law license in 1986 after he graduated the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Arkansas Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy blew through a DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) checkpoint prior to leading police on a pursuit until a State Trooper disabled his truck by running into it.

Subsequently, Billy was arrested on charges of DWI, reckless driving, fleeing and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The incident was caught on police dashcam video. Billy pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and DWI. The other charges were dropped.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

An unreliable source indicated that the Court also provided Billy with 2 cases of Jack Daniels and 3 cases of Corona to get him by for a couple of days.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Billy continues to sit as a Fifth Circuit Judicial Judge (when sober) in Clarksville, Arkansas.
