Attorney Dwane Todd of Houston; ethical goblin

The state of Texas presented Dwane L. Todd with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The 190th District Court of Harris County found Dwane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated an order of the disciplinary board (Up yours, said Dwane!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dwane by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
