Attorney William Carl of Salem, OR; druggie, convict

The Oregon Supreme Court erred when it presented William Carl with a law license in 2002.

It wouldn’t be too long before Billy Boy proved he lacked the ethics to act as anyone’s legal representative in Oregon or elsewhere.

In 2010, Billy pled guilty and was convicted of one charge of intentionally possession marijuana, a Class B felony. In addition, Billy was also convicted of two criminal counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

As a consequence of his criminal conduct, the enablers and apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Surpeme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. Billy the Loser is practicing law with Chris Bocci & Associates at 1415 Liberty Street in Salem, Oregon.

Isn’t it comforting for the citizens living in the Salem, Oregon area to know that they can employ a convict to represent them in legal matters?
