Rep. Warren Davidson (OH) : Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Rep. Warren Davidson (OH)

Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winne

This isn’t the first Award presented to Stevie. In the past, he has been the recipient of twelve (12) Awards in various categories and the subject of one (1) opinion piece. Those awards and opinion piece are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Warren duped the voters in southern Ohio into electing him to replace former Speaker of the House John Boehner after he resigned in 2016.

During a recent (mid-April 2017) town hall meeting in Enon, Ohio (Springfield area), Warren was asked the following question by one of his constituents (that’d be someone that helps to pay for his undeserved salary).

  • “Can you explain why my son and millions of others in his situation are not deserving of affordable, decent health care that has essential benefits so that he can stay healthy and continue working?”

Warren’s constituent explained to him that her son lacked health insurance for several years, because his job in the service industry did not provide it. However, she told Warren her son now receives it through Medicaid expanded coverage under Obamacare.

She then expressed her unease about Trump’s plan to roll back the landmark law’s Medicaid expansion, fearing it will leave her son with the bare-bones catastrophic health insurance, which, she said, is “basically no insurance at all.” (Daniel Marans)

Warren then told the mother her service industry working son who benefits from Obamacare’s Medicaid expansion should find a better job if he wants decent insurance after Obamacare is repealed. The Humanitarian went on to tell the distraught Mother:

  • “OK, I don’t know anything about your son, but as you described him, his skills are focused in an industry that doesn’t have the kind of options that you want him to have for health care.”
  • “So, I don’t believe that these taxpayers here are entitled to give that to him.”
  • “I believe he’s got the opportunity to go earn those health benefits.”

Of course, Warren doesn’t give a damn if this low-income person has any health insurance, especially when the government is involved in subsidizing the cost. However, we do know that Warren is provided health insurance that is paid for by the same taxpayers he tells “Up yours!”

Additionally, it should be noted that from 1988 through at least nineteen years (1988 thru 2007) after he graduated from High School, that 100% of Warren’s health insurance has been paid by American taxpayers.

Warren is another right-wing ideologue that firmly believes that if you are financially unable to pay for your own health insurance, then you do not deserve to receive any government funded medical care. Put simply, Warren the Humanitarian is okay with poor folks dying because they can’t afford health insurance.

Congrats Warren; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s most disrespected “Humanitarians”; you are far too humble
