Attorney Gareth De Santiago-Keene of New Milford, NJ; ethical goblin

 

The state of New Jersey presented Gareth David De Santiago-Keene with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Gareth guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Improperly terminated representation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of
  • Improperly provide financial assistance to client re: pending litigation
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Knowingly violated the Rules of Professional Conduct, assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Gareth by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

 

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Gareth practices at 211 Graphic Blvd in New Milford, New Jersey.
