The state of New Jersey presented John P. Yetman Jr. with a law license in 1976.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Failed to adequately represent numerous clients 
• Allowed statute of limitations to toll on at least 5 client matters
• Malpractice insurer forced to pay $115,000 to several clients
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. May 2017) Johnny practices at 34 Brainerd Street in Mount Holly, New Jersey.
