Attorney Carl Zoecklein of Clifton, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Carl G. Zoecklein with a law license in 1990.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter
• Failed to file complaint on client’s behalf
• Failed to return numerous client phone calls
• Prepared and client sign complaint but never filed it with the court
• Client visited office 8 times, called over 30 times to assure that his complaint was filed with the court but it never was
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Carl!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.   

As we speak (ca. April 2017) Carl practices at 737 Broad Street in Clifton, New Jersey.
