Attorney Kenneth Chinn of Anaheim, CA; advocate for drug dealer

The state of California presented Kenneth Owen Chinn with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

In one matter, Kenny decided to act as a character witness for attorney Bryan Ray Kazarian of Santa Ana, who was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and the distribution of cocaine.

For his criminal drug dealing, Kazarian was disbarred; however, when he applied to have his law license reinstated, Kenny the Apologist for Convicted Drug Dealers couldn’t hardly wait to testify in support of his application.

In his support for Kazarian, Kenny had the chutzpah to say:

  • I find him to be honest and candid
  • Believes the convict deserves a second chance
  • He’s knowledgeable in area of criminal law (of course, he’s a criminal!)

Thanks to Kenny and those of his ilk, the good folks in Orange County can now count Mr. Kazarian as just another convicted felon practicing law in their area.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Kenny is now employed as a professor for the Trinity School of Law in Santa Ana, California.
