Attorney Steven Schectman of Oakland, CA; incompetent idiot

The state of California presented Steven Allan Schectman with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Drake University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pursue client claims
• Failed to appear in court on six (6) occasions
• Failed to file case management conference statements
• Recklessly and repeatedly failed to provide competent legal services (Dumbo
• Failed to timely advise client of the court’s dismissal of his lawsuit

As a direct consequence of him misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Stevie practices with the Pacific Law Office of Steven Allan Schectman at 111 Myrtle Street in Oakland, California.
