Attorney Robert Schwartz of Rancho Cucamonga, ethical elf

The state of California presented Robert G. Schwartz with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of LaVerne Law School in Ontario, California.

The California State Bar Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Delayed in refunding unearned fees
• Failed to comply with client status report requests
• Waited over one year to provide client with requested accounting of claimed fees
• Failed to perform legal services of any value to multiple clients

As one would suspect this wasn’t Bobby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of him misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand reproval.
