Attorney Scott Kazem of Leesburg, VA; ethical elf

The state of Virginia presented Scott Nader Kazem with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from George Mason University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated rule governing lawyer as a witness
• Accepted domestic relations case wherein he was likely to be a witness

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Seventh District Committee punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
