Attorney Frear Schmid of San Francisco; convicted drunk

The state of California presented Frear Stephen Schmid with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of San Francisco Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Frear guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted twice for resisting arrest
  • Acted in belligerent manner towards law enforcement officers
  • Failed to cooperate with police officers at sobriety checkpoint
  • Used profanity when dealing with police officers

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Freer by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand reproval.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Freer practices at 177 Post Street in San Francisco, California.
