Attorney Brian Fitzgerald of Buffalo, NY; ethical gremlin

The state of New York presented Brian P. Fitzgerald with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the Eighth Judicial District found Diana guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness as a lawyer
  • Improperly advanced or guaranteed financial assistance to client while representing the client in connection with contemplated or pending litigation
  • Extended to his client’s loan totaling $95,600, the proceeds of which were not used to pay court costs or expenses of litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Brian practices at 424 Main Street in Buffalo, New York.
