Attorney Daniel Miller of Virginia Beach; ethical elf

The state of Virginia presented Daniel Jason Miller with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly notice termination of representation
• Failed to appear at child support hearing on client’s behalf
• Failed to take necessary steps to protect cleint interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Second District Committee punished Danny by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2016), Danny practices with Miller Reagan & Associates at 4768 Euclid Road in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
