Judge Tommy Phillips II of Dunkirk, IN; convicted bully

The Indiana Judicial Qualifications Commission found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy pled guilty to felony battery on a law enforcement officer, a Level 6 felony. The incident involved Tommy shoving Dunkirk Police Chief Dane Mumbower, who also is his nephew, during a meeting in August with Mumbower and Dunkirk Mayor Gene Ritter in August 2016.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Tommy by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2017), Tommy has been suspended from the bench pending the outcome of the pending disciplinary proceedings against him.
