Attorney Martha Wright of Grand Prairie, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Martha C. Wright with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Martha guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with necessary information
• Withdrew clients request for Social Security benefits hearing without client’s knowledge or consent
• Failed to return numerous client phone calls

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Martha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Martha practices with Wright & Associates in Grand Prairie, Texas.
