Attorney Clarence Walker Jr. of Lubbock, TX; idiotic loser

The state of Texas presented Clarence Edmund Walker Jr. with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The District 13-A Grievance Committee found Clarence guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to return documents to client upon termination
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Clarence!)
  • Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Clarence by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Clarence.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Clarence practices with The Law Office of Clarence E. Walker at 915 Texas Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.
