Attorney Joe Gilbreath of San Antonio; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Joe R. Gilbreath with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The 37th District Court of Bexar County found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Illegally shared fees with non-lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 5-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Joey.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Joey practices with The Gilbreath Law Firm PLLC at 6800 Park Ten Blvd in San Antonio, Texas.
