The state of Texas presented Joe R. Gilbreath with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The 37^th District Court of Bexar County found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Joey.
