Attorney Frank Perez of Dallas; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas presented Frank Anthony Perez with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The District 6-A Grievance Committee found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to explain the matters to the extent necessary to permit his clients to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to properly supervise underlings

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Frankie practices with The Law Office of Frank A. Perez PC at 9110 Scyene Road in Dallas, Texas.
