Attorney Marshall Groce of San Antonio; disgusting cheater

The state of Texas presented Joe R. Gilbreath with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The 22nd District Court of Bexar County found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

Over a period of about ten years, while acting as executor of his father’s estate and while managing his mother’s affairs, Marshall exhausted the entire estate without ever obtaining the consent of other named beneficiaries.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 5-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Joey.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Joey practices with The Gilbreath Law Firm PLLC at 6800 Park Ten Blvd in San Antonio, Texas.
