Attorney Roger Farahmand of Dallas, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Roger Farahmand with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The 14th District Court of Dallas County found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to correct misapprehension he knew to have arisen in a matter he was involved in
  • Violated a disciplinary order(Up yours, said Roger!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 5-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Roger.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Roger practices at 5101 Ross Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
