Attorney Roger Fuller of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Roger Fuller with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The 101st District Court of Dallas County found Marcus guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer assistant

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-months suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Roger.

As we speak (ca. August 2017), Roger practices with Fuller & Eason at 5757 Alpha Road in Dallas, Texas.
