Attorney Roger Fuller of Dallas; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Roger Fuller with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The 101^st District Court of Dallas County found Marcus guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise non-lawyer assistant

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-months suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Roger.
