Attorney Lawrence Daniel of Austin, TX; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas presented Lawrence E. Daniel with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The District 4-I Disciplinary Committee found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain contact with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failedto respond to motion for summary judgment led to $29,000 judgment being rendered against client 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Larry practices with the Daniel Law Firm at 3005 South Lamar in Austin, Texas.
