Attorney Mary Conn of Houston; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Mary E. Conn with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The 129^th District Court of Harris County found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file required brief on client’s behalf
• Lied to client brief had been filed

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
