Attorney Douglas Henager of Waco; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Douglas W. Henager with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Baylor University Law School.

The 8-B District Grievance Committee found Doug guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Doug!)
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to perform any services on behalf of clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his aw license.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Doug practices at 1701 Austin Avenue in Waco, Texas.
