Attorney Robert Goodwin of Carthage, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Robert Allen Goodwin with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The District 2-B Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby made statements to the media that he knew to be false or with reckless disregard for the truth concerning the qualifications and integrity of a sitting judge.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Bobby practices at 325 West Sabine in Carthage, Texas.
