Attorney Dan Young of Houston; ethical leprechaun

The state of Texas presented Dan R. Young with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The District 4-A Grievance Committee found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• After accepting upfront fee, failed to file bankruptcy action on client’s behalf
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)
• Failed to abide by client decision regarding settlement of matter
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2017), Dan practices at 13650 Sablerun Lane in Houston, Texas.
