Attorney Kurtis Rudkin of Boerne, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Kurtis Scott Rudkin with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University Law School.

The District 15 Disciplinary Committee found Kurt guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kurt engaged in a conflict of interest when he represented a client in a matter was clearly averse to a former client and did so without obtaining prior consent to so act.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kurt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
