Attorney Edward Green of Dallas; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Edward Foster Green with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School.

The District 4-I Disciplinary Committee found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to notify client medical provider of receipt of settlement funds
• Used money paid by insurer for client medical bills for personal purposes
• Allowed trust account to fall below minimum balance requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Eddie practices with Freeman, Mills PC at 4925 Greenville Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
