Judge Frank Newbould of Toronto, CAN; bigoted loser

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Frank J.C. Newbould with a law license in 1969.

Based on an ethics complaint filed by the Indigenous Bar Association, the Canadian Judicial Council is investigating Frankie’s conduct as set forth below.

In one matter, Frankie is being investigated for public comments and letters about a Saugeen First Nation claim on land near Frankie’s cottage at Sauble Beach, Ontario. 

It is alleged that some of Frankie’s comments about the Saugeen First Nation were bigoted and/or defamatory in nature. Put simply, Frankie wasn't very happy knowing that some aboriginal injuns would be living in close proximity to his cottage. 

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Frankie by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Canadian Judicial Council.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Frankie continues to sit as a judge of the Ontario Superior Court in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
