Judge Mark Wilson of Monongahela, PA; potty mouth loser

The state of California presented Jeffrey Steven Nelson with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Seattle University Law School.

It should be noted that Mark has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-five years. If it weren’t for a government check, Mark would likely be working as a greeter at the local Walmart store.

The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board has charged Mark with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly set improper bail in cases
• Improperly set bail for the Mayor of Monongahela
• Issued improper warrant for arrest of constable
• Failed to consider defendant’s status while setting bail

While issuing a warrant for the arrest of a constable, Mark became angry and said:

• “I’m gonna teach him a fucking lesson!”
• “Go get him.”

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mark by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Board.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Potty mouth Mark continues to sit as Washington County District Court judge in Monongahela, Pennsylvania.
