Attorney Lawrence Hale of Carver, MA; ethical misfit

The state of Massachusetts presented Lawrence L.  Hale with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into an illegal arrangement with paralegal to share 25% of fees paid regarding immigration matters
• Illegally shared fees with non-attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2017) Larry practices with the Law Office of Lawrence L. Hale at 128 Main Street in Carver, Massachusetts.
