• Incurred and charged client for unreasonable storage fees
• Charged and/or collect clearly excessive/illegal fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
