Attorney Jimmie Culp of Austin, TX; lying cheat

The state of California presented Jimmie Dean Culp with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Jimmie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to file necessary removal memorandum on client’s behalf
  • Lied to client he had filed removal memorandum
  • Failed to respond to numerous client emails
  • Failed to promptly release client’s file
  • Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Jimmie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Jimmie practices at 16238 Ranch Road in Austin, Texas.
