Fox News' Andrew Napolitano: Today’s “Moron” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Fox News' Andrew Napolitano

Today’s Moron Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Andy. In the past, he has been the recipient of eight (8) Awards in various categories and the subject of one (1) opinion piece. Those awards and opinion piece are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Andy is yet another loser lawyer who decided he could make more money by working for the Fox News Comedy Network as a lying analyst. Andy learned how to tell lies and/or fabricate falsehoods while attending Notre Dame Law School and during his short-lived tenure as a New Jersey Superior Court judge.

During a recent (mid-March 2017) on the Fox News Comedy Network, Andy engaged in a discussion with fellow comedian and lying loser Steve Doocy about the intent of the Muslim Ban imposed by Donald “Trumporleone” Trump. Towards that end, the two Fox Stooges, Andy and Stevie engaged in the following discussion.

STEVIE:

  • “Judge, clearly the administration felt with this 2.0 ban they had air-tight case. But apparently, somebody out west said nope, not so fast.”

ANDY:

  • “A lot of legal eyes looked at this, and I agreed, the administration wrote an air-tight case as we say in the profession bullet-proof, that they actually went through all the objections that the Ninth Circuit [Court of Appeals] had to the first executive order, and addressed each of them.”
  • “And in fact, half the reason for involving the first executive order is not in this new one, because they had accomplished that which is setting forth a rational basis for selecting the six states.”
  • “But, basically what the judge said last night in Hawaii was this is a Muslim ban by another name.”
  • “That's the way I would summarize this with a very short handle on it.”
  • ‘Without getting too much into the weeds, he basically looked at the things that candidate Donald Trump said, that our friend Mayor [Rudy] Giuliani said, that Kellyanne Conway said.”

STEVIE:

  • “Is that appropriate?”

ANDY:

  • “That Kellyanne Conway said here on the couch on Fox & Friends, it's absolutely inappropriate.”
  • “Because the court, when it's interpreting a statute or an executive order, must do so on the basis of the plain meaning of the written words.”
  • “The court cannot go into psychobabble and try and figure out what the intent was just what the words say.”

Andy’s true expertise is spewing forth Bullshit! His knowledge of the law is equal to The Don’s knowledge

Lastly, it’s obvious that Andy couldn’t obtain a job with a respected law firm because no such firm exists. However, as is the case with most unemployed lawyers and/or judges, the Fox News Comedy Network isn’t concerned with the knowledge or abilities of the lying comics they employ.

In fact, Fox should just go ahead and place an ad mimicking to some degree what the Marines say in their ads, which is:

“Fox is looking for a few good Liars.”

Congrats Andy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of America’s most disrespected “Morons”; you are far too humble
