Attorney Erich Bailey of Nashville; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Erich Webb Bailey with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Erich guilty of the following misconduct.

Erich’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with order that he contact Tennessee Lawyers Assistant Program for an evaluation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Erich by gifting him with a complimentary short term suspension of his law license.

Erich’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to appear at court hearing re: custody matter on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Erich by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Erich practices at 627 Second Avenue South in Nashville, Tennessee.
