Attorney Steven Battisti of Reunion, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Steven Italo Battisti with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to timely send demand letters to insurance companies on client’s behalf
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Stevie practices with the Battisti Law Group PLLC at 7411 Excitement Drive in Reunion, Florida.
